The gist of the video is that his monkey producer calls him out for going with whatever trend in music is popular at the time to seem trendy and cool. There's a good case to argue that Howard Stern is an even a bigger phony than Jim Norton.

Good case? Its a slam dunk. Despite how many amazing and funny moments the show has had throughout the years, its obvious now he's always been a phony.
