This is legitimately bizarre. Patrick was Torswats' most swatted victim. Yet there is absolutely no mention of Wisconsin anywhere in the charging documents or plea agreement.

Just read the entire plea. No mention of Patrick or Wisconsin, Patti Labelle, the Brewers game or anything else.
Wisconsin isn't even in the list of venues waived for prosecution if the deal is taken.
What the fuck? Wisconsin is also where The Quartering is and he DID get a DOJ letter.

It mentions Texas, California, and Washington as other states. No Wisconsin though, nor Nevada which I think he also swatted in. We do know for certain that Wisconsin is involved though, since Jeremy Hambly (The Quartering) lives there and got a letter. Maybe he will still be charged there? I hope.
