I actually never thought about this. He constantly just says “My cyberstlakers” instead of “OnA”… Even when people were trying to get Kiwifarms out they said its name and linked to pages. All Pat and his pedo crew do is post screenshots.
I haven't analysed the exact statement, but I think at minimum there should be is an on-air retraction. Rick's case was heard in-court & one element of his loss was the fact that Quasi hadn't done anything actionable.

Unfortunately not based on just the article alone as it doesn't mention Quasi's username, his actual name or the website itself. on the other hand, I think that Dan genuinely has a case based on Patrick and Jackie's tweets a few months ago where they accused him of being a stlaker by name.
Jackie, Shane, Eric, Jón all know he's a deadbeat father, proven liar, they know about the 2011 incident, and still blindly support them because they are cult-minded. As long as Pat is a democrat they'll forgive anything.
I don’t think it matters that they don’t mention Quasi’s username. Proper journalism would have examined the veracity of the allegations or at least made it clear than they were allegations, not uncontested fact. I don’t think the phrasing in the article would pass even a cursory legal vetting.
