A friend of Ethan P Schulman creating troll accounts to pull the pig’s corkscrew tail?! Well, I never.
He shoved the supposed loaded suitcase in the back of his V4 Rustang and drove, fatly I might add, 4 hours to Indianapolis. Fat can't afford a flightI'm going to be as absolutely generous as possible and say his suitcase the maximum 50lbs that most airlines will allow you to check. Some more, some less, let's say 50lbs for an economy flight because this guy can't afford a shirt that fits much less business class.
If half his luggage was books thats 25 lbs. Trade paperback sized books weigh 1 to 1.25 lbs usually. So maximum number of books I'd say is 25? At most, over an entire convention, after paying for flights, food, convention fees, hotel, Uber to the venue, paying for a table.... Maximum he sold 19 books? I'd bet it's way less but being as absolutely generous as I can he sold sub 20 books. Books by the way he very likely didn't get for free.
Author copies are not always included in the initial deal. Many times authors will buy their own copies at a 50-75% markdown to handsell instead of getting them free as part of their contract. No way to know, but he spent a lot of money to feed his ego and likely made 0 net on books. And we know from looking at both his series that retention isn't his strong suit. Book 1 sales don't lead to book 2 or 3 sales at all for Fat.
Oh shit, I missed that part.He shoved the supposed loaded suitcase in the back of his V4 Rustang and drove, fatly I might add, 4 hours to Indianapolis. Fat can't afford a flight
