I would do the work it's just getting started on my own is a bitch, I'd prefer someone who already has all the know-how to tell me what to do constantly step by step like I'm a toddler. but learning all of that shit to me is like the equivalent of "Hey I want a website so I'll start learning programming". Fuck that shit, I'll just pay a web developer and tell them what I'm want.
Thats only going to work if you had a best friend body builder, seeing as you dont have this, get Schwarzenegger's body building encyclopedia.

When I was a jacked beast, all of my routines and knowledge came from this. You have to put the work in yourself learning the ins and outs of this hobby. Its all about form and nutrition, the poundage itself comes last (sorry Sue)

I did everything myself. Found a good workout plan in some bodybuilding magazine and saw some gains, so I stuck with it.

Then I researched a little bit of the science, started eating enough, changed up the exercises to prevent boredom and fatigue. Now I have definition that my skinny-fat ass never had before.

Bitches at the pool be lookin.

Agreed, that book really is great, pretty much a workout bible full of ideas beginners and the experienced can use.
