6 months ago, my bitchy faggot "boss" stepped down, and was reassigned. A few months passed without them interviewing or replacing him. The guy has no idea how to communicate with his subordinates, is uncomfortable being disliked, can't discipline, and just the way he words things is so pathetic, nobody took him seriously.

Suddenly the fag realizes he misses having power over people, and wanted his old job back. Management didn't want him back, so badly in fact they gave him a 7 day vacation to knock all the interviews out in 1 week. The fag couldn't even apply again.

I interviewed for his role, got it immediately after the interview. I was the last one interviewed. Now the faggot comes back from gaycation and is bitchy about every little thing that overlaps between our teams, and there isn't very much. He's just making it clear he's a jealous fag and wants me to react.

My supervisor has told me, off the record, that the fag keeps calling him after-hours, in tears, crying about me and "how I treat him." Meanwhile they all know the reality, because that fag was brought into HR multiple times for saying weird shit to people, dude. They know he's a fawking problem. I still don't understand how he hasn't been fired for incompetence, but beyond that, constantly saying the wrong thing to people.

Pulling that aforementioned "why do you hate me?" shit... I'm just like, dude I forget you exist until I come in here and see your dopey face. Yes, I'm sitting at home chomping on my fingernails plotting how to get YOU in trouble...

The big boss is starting to hate the faggot's guts. I've only been in this higher role for a few months, and am already on management's good side, which just rubs it in for the fag. I am actually lucky I inherited his mess, by comparison I look like I'm working magic just by doing the bare minimum.

Pretty much. Now I know I've been told by my employees that I can be a little rough around the edges, but it's appreciated because I'm not treating people like children. I treat them like adults working in a place that has machines and other equipment that can fall and crush your body and immediately kill you.

So yes, I can be a little tough to deal with, but it's because I don't feel like calling someone's mom and saying their son got run over by a 9,000 lb forklift
I like that story you told about the older woman who sewed you the bird with the green hat on it because you told her about your love of crows.

The big boss hated The DMAN a few mere weeks ago.

Today? She is following him around, asking him advice, and when he tells her he needs something, she says “how high?”

The DMAN is loving the direction of Management right now.

We've got a new hire starting at work. Worthless qualification, arrived late to the interview, still the best option apparently. I give it 6 months at most.

I'm so glad they didn't hire the cute young woman instead because she was a bit nervous in the interview.
