I'm not sure how that argument would work. "Your honor, I have hundreds of obsessed stlakers who follow me around and harass me. That's why I had to share my exact location at that exact moment and stay there for hours!"I fucking love the "spot Patrick in the wild" bit. It's even funnier when you tweet it at him. But - and don't hate me for asking this - doesn't this constitute intimidation or harassment, legally? In public places, anyone can be photographed. But couldn't he make the "LOOK SEE?! THEY'RE stlakers!" argument legally, from that point?
Celebrities deal with this shit constantly and nothing ever happens to the pieces of shit paparazzi so I don't know how a person sharing a few images taken in public would be anything legally actionable. Maybe there are extenuating circumstances for people as fat as Pat is, though. IANAL
