Funniest scene in a movie

Opesterino

How does that feel?!

That movie is so weird....when you watch it, it almost feels like a comedy but it's evidently deathly serious. It also oddly feels like it's dubbed or something.

Is American Me worth watching? It's better, right?

I think most people would say American Me is the better film of the two, it's played a lot more serious compared to the almost parody in blood in, blood out. For me I seen Blood In, Blood Out first so nothing tops that in my book. lol - I know what you mean about how the audio feels dubbed / lags behind a bit and how it almost seems like it was a foreign film that was overdubbed into English.

I'm a sucker for throwaway lines that are said funnily/stupidly, so those are a lot of my favourite movie moments.

I've showed several people And Justice For All just to get to the part where the kid client in prison calls Pacino and tells him he's gonna kill himself if he doesn't get out. The delivery of the line "they RAPED me!" makes me laugh every time. Nobody else thought it was funny.

The part in The Outlaw Josie Wales when hid young buddy dies and he says "I'M SCAREDA DYIN', JOSIE!" with the dumb, twisted up look on his face. Nobody else thought that was funny.

The part at the end of Midnight Cowboy where Rizzo's dying and his last words are something about pissing himself. I'm laughing just thinking about it. Nobody else found that funny. I watched it with my ex one time and I was like "here it comes!" and started laughing when he said it and I looked over and she had tears streaming down her face and was like "There is something fucking wrong with you."

Also, the end of Thunderbolt and Lightfoot where Jeff Bridges goes retarded for no reason and dies. Nobody else found that funny.

Honestly, one of the most darkly hilarious lines ever is in this movie. The scene where Goeth is telling his personal jew slave that he wants to fuck her but it would be wrong because she's a jew. He gives her a long, creepy speech and almost kisses her while she stands there terrified not saying a word. Then he's like "you nearly talked me into it" and beats the shit out of her.

Like in The Last Duel after Adam Driver raped Jodie Comer and he says something like "You mustn't blame yourself, we couldn't control ourselves."

That guy was a horrible actor. Also I died when Pacino just screams his client is a scumbag like that would accomplish anything but cause a mistrial and him charged with contempt and disbarred

Another goofy 70s actor in a supporting role was Paul kerseys son in law in Death Wish. His 'gee wizz" response to his wife being brutally raped are silly. That actor later killed himself and I totally get why

That whole movie is full of awkward humor at their expense, so you're kinda primed to laugh.

Didn't bridges have a head injury or something from the robbery? The ending is goofy because they just talked on a gritty dark ending just because it was the 70s and they didn't think movies were supposed to make people happy
