Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Lol. I went to the Houston space center a year ago and toured the real control room, which has been preserved since the Apollo program ended and looks pretty much the same. All I could think about was sputtering defeated Joe

I can only agree with everyone gushing over this. This shit is my personal comedy heaven.
Imagine if say, Tom Hanks (you hate jews, we heard you, imagine another most famous/universally beloved person here instead), had a retarded unsuccessful brother who is just a blip on the radar, who goes on to completely debase himself on TV like this, for a very small and vocal subsection of his brother's fanbase who keeps mildly harassing him. Standing there bowlegged and defeated even though he won the case. Going on to post revenge porn of the judge who just gave him a huge benefit-of-the-doubt when his behaviour was close to being liable for holding him in contempt of court with his derailing and interrupting. That's how this felt at the time.
Of course I only grew to love Joe more and more over the years.
I've laughed more about him than probably any other thing in life. I think about him daily.

1. Tribute bands are half acting, half musicianship
2. Screengrabs are easily manipulated AND taken out of context
3. The pests are still around and they’re online terrorists
4. Being a racist is not a reason for cancellation of a contract. Racists can enter contracts.
It was an important case at a time when we needed to have this conversation.

No matter what Patrick does nothing beats the Joe on The People's Court saga. From the fact he was bragging about how well he did to the point he changed his Twitter avatar to it up to the melt down he had after it aired. Pure perfection.

I always loved that Joe's reaction to this and playing with Blue Oyster Cult followed the same path. Basically, in the moment ...... VICTORY/One of the greatest things I've done. Can't wait to tell and brag to everyone about my great accomplishment that happened because of my great legal skills/contract writing/superior guitar playing.
THEN only after the funsters on the interwebs (you know who you are) point out to him that not only did he commit perjury, but in both cases he looked like a total buffoon, only then did he realize he was a dolt. With BOC his follow up comments included things like 'yeah maybe I was a little over the top/too happy to be there'. Then with PC he felt the need, in his moment of victory mind you, to angrily post topless pictures of the judge who ruled in his favor! He let reddit commentary take a total dump on two of his greatest life accomplishments.
I'm sure someone can dig it up but the show Ron Bennington did where he reviwed Joe's PC appearance. It is true hilarity.
