Her tweet could qualify as defamation per se even if she was duped and thought it was true (accusing someone of a crime or of serious sexual misconduct both count), but one of the categories is "adversely reflecting on a person's fitness to conduct their business or trade," which I would argue Fatrick has done to Leslie multiple times over the past several days. If he actually sues (he won't) she should countersue. Pig should have learned that taking an internet slapfight into real life can be costly, but then again he is incapable of learning. And he doesn't have the cash to get started in the first place. Still, I pity any judge that would have to slog through such retarded pleadings.
