I've had a look and she should be fine because, funnily enough, Rick's own words are likely to come back and haunt him. Leslie's statement is so trivial that he won't be able to show that he has suffered any loss considering how he was tweeting just yesterday that he has been combating defamatory statements for the last five years. He can't blame his self-inflicted ruined reputation for nearly half a decade which includes uncontested murder threats from tweet from a random woman made today.
