- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

I don't think Joe has that old man strength a lot of guys from his generation have because he's done no manual labor to maintain it. Whatever the outcome it would be a hell of a fight to watch. I think Patrick really does have a lot of that explosive retard rage bubbling away under the surface, so he might be able to get a psychological edge if he came out swinging, but he's also a doughy, noodle armed faggot so who knows. I actually think Patrick is capable of killing someone if he flipped out and got violent. Like he definitely has it in him to throttle someone to death, or do something insane in a blind rage, but I also have no doubt that he could be physically subdued by anybody in half decent physical shape who wasn't scared of him freaking out like a maniac. He'd be hyperventilating like Mel Gibson the entire time out of anger and as long as Joe could avoid taking the brunt of his wild flailing I think he could be taken down, it would just be a messy and ridiculous bout of greasy pig wrestling. He'd be grabbing and swinging and flopping around like an idiot until he tuckered himself out. It would effectively be the same as subduing an autistic meltdown. Plus I don't believe Patrick has ever been punched in the face, or even actually punched anyone else before.
