Yeah? Well see where that fuckin gets ya.
We have a different perspective of cook ware. I use it for utility and pragmatism. I cook every day, but I mostly just cook for myself, I'm not entertaining guests, or whatever, so convenience is a big for me. You on, on the other hand, mostly use a pot to boil yourself in with 11 of your friends that you met when the Schneiders meat packing plant packaged you together.

You need like 4 times as much cheese for it to be true NYC style

So, being a little disappointed with the original sandwich, I decided to attempt another one for dinner with modifications to the ingredients.
I used less onion and beef, about 3/4 of what i used the first time, and 3 slices of American cheese instead of one. Additionally i dug out a divot in the bun to act as a bit of a bowl to create less spillage and used significantly more mayonaise. All these ingredients are difficult to digest, so I wasn't even hungry, but it had to be done. It's a whole different sandwich. It's actually really really good. It tastes like a typical juicy lucy but doesn't cost 18 dollars at a hip downtown pub. I actually see the appeal of this thing all around.
