It's also not even accurate. Norm/11 kicked things off into full swing, but Pig got clocked by one (or more) brothermen when he had that cunty interaction with Nana a while before. Someone must have made a mental note, and when they saw Pig writing his shitty Norm hot take, they saw the opportunity. And other Brothermen remembered him from before at that point too.

I can guarantee you Norm/11 was not related to any previous interactions with Nana.
