Yeah it means kid fucker here. Calling the wrong guy a goof in Canada can get you killed. It's what you say to someone if you're definitely trying to fight them. It's such a silly sounding word to be taken so seriously, but if you let someone call you a goof and don't do something about it, you're a pussy.

I remember one of the solar farms I worked on, there was this half retarded injun that everyone would pick on. Most of the time the guy didn't even realize people were fucking with him. One day one of the operators got lipping him from his machine and the retard was like "your teeth would sure look nice and white with my cum across them you fucking goof." And the guy just drove away. At lunch, everyone who saw it came up to the guy and were like "Why the fuck did you just take that? He said something super gay and then called you a goof. I would've called him a faggot and beat him to death with his hard hat." Nobody liked either of them after that.

The first time I heard "goof" was in 2010 or so, some greasy looking mungycake was selling NFL shirts by a Ramada Inn parking lot...One look at the jerseys and I exclaimed "fake" and he got mad and called me a goof.
