They’re all 5ETake one of the wall plates off the wall and see how many wires are hooked up to each Ethernet jack. If not all 8, then you’re not going to get full gigabit. Also read the markings along the cables to see if they’re Cat 5e or higher.
If that’s the case and not all of the wires are hooked to the jacks, all you need to do is make the additional connections at each end of every cable and that should solve your issue.
You could also buy an additional access point, set the WiFi name for the 2.4 and 5GHz to the same as the existing network, and put it in the closest room to where you have the issue. If you only have one wireless AP (your router) then you won’t get good coverage in rooms far away.
WiFi coverage is not a problem
