It's like reverse-reverse-psychology. Every time he's reminded of 8/24, his piggish defiance kicks in and makes it all the more likely he'll choose to skip the hearing.

He thinks he's not letting the idiots win, without realizing he's doing exactly what the idiots want. Skip the hearing, get a bench warrant, enjoy prison.
I think he knows. I think he’s trapped by his own behavior.

Do we know whether they have had any negative interactions with each other before Norm/11 or is he just a honorary funster?
Imagine being EVS or any other protocol-brotherman and witnessing the last 5 years. Has to feel incredible
I believe this pre-Norm/11 xeet is their first interaction. Obviously Rick is the one who initiated things and put himself on EVS's radar. Shoulda left it alone. Sniff

Ethan's gotta have the most surreal POV on the patposting arc. Some random male feminist fag tries to start shit with you online and then you have a first row seat for that exact same behavior completely DESTROYING the guy's life in real time. God is a CyberFrog fan.

I haven’t had the pleasure of Patposting during a book release, permanent Twitter suspension or court hearing in real-time and considering how the first two options are seemingly impossible I’m hoping Sosnay doesn’t disappoint next month.

You’re in for a treat, friendster. Particularly if we get any kind of court live stream, the energy is incomparable

The court hearings, particularly the one where it was clear Pat lost AND would owe, were great. Replies were too fast to keep up with and it was a feast of ribs.

Who knows what happens at his contempt hearing but it's guaranteed to be great for us.

The "Satisfy Krinsky" saga doesn't get discussed enough. The judge told Patrick's team exactly what they needed for the case to proceed: hard evidence of Quasi directly participating in illegal harassment of Patrick, however Quasi never did anything close to that.

I think the judge gave them two chances to step away, find this evidence that satisfies Krinsky, and resubmit. Both times, the resubmit ignored the one thing the judge asked for, and was just more "we need everyone's info to sue them so hand it over".

Ruben Pena (Quasi's lawyer) barely had to argue anything at the last trial. Just sit there extremely guapo while opposing council argued the exact same points that had already been shut down.

I don't know what I want more to be honest with ya.

Getting court room footage on the 24th would be amazing.

Him skipping it and getting to enjoy prison would be funnier, but we'd have to wait longer.

I don't know about a legal level, but a stint in prison might be the reality check piggy needs. Even something as small as 30 days (let out in ~20 for good behavior) would either snap him into the seriousness of his situation so he starts paying Quasi, or snap him in the other direction where the idiots must answer for this unjust imprisonment.
I'm leaning towards the latter. When Gacy's first stint in jail ended, he told his friend, "I'm never going to prison again." Look at how that ended. We may very well have a monster on our hands.

Bernell, comment?

I can't see Pat getting off for good behaviour
