Well I recently committed to myself to losing some weight, then I ended up gaining another 10 pounds. I heard anyone can do it, but I dont know...
Do what I do. Walk 8 miles a day, and get rid of your furniture (except desks and shelves). After like 4 weeks it's liberating. Moving around, getting up off the floor etc. is constant squats and yogic excersise you don't even notice yourself doing.
