I agree with the general consensus that it's a case of the true owners not really caring but had a thought also, if the "archive" is just the in studio videos that we've seen being uploaded on YouTube then maybe Erock owns the rights to them because it's his camera and his recording device on the mics? Not sure how that'd work in a broadcasting environment but I know that if you take a photo or a video you legally have the right to do what you want with it along with audio of the consenting parties.
