Does Fatrick have to pay any child support or did he legally get out of that by completely giving up his daughter?

Yuck, Fatrick didn’t even wait long enough to realize that Robin Williams was suffering from the psychotic episodes of Lewy Body Dementia and not “depression”. Also, did Mamma Raven raise them as “militant atheists” because no children identify as atheist unless it’s shoved down their gullet.
He was suicidal as a little kid. What a mentally ill faggot.

I’m not sure this is true.

Last I knew, child support means the child has a right to the financial support of both parents. the child support of the non-custodial parent is a financial right of the child’s, not something a parent can weasel out of.

*That said* child support isn’t automatic. To be compelled to pay it by the state requires lawyers and court to get involved. A lot of people don’t do this and simply have some kind of informal and non-binding agreement. In fact I used to work with a few women who didn’t ask for child support simply because they just didn’t want to deal with the father in any capacity - I’m sure this is what Ade and Jon did.
I don't have those receipts, but according to PCJ himself when he posted here, Pat voluntarily terminated his parental rights. In his blog, Pat admits to this saying he was emotionally tricked by Ade.

At about this time, my beautiful daughter was born, and the monster took her from me. It, along with some less-than-helpful words from my now ex-wife, convinced me that I was so worthless, so broken, that I would be nothing but an anchor on my daughter’s life. That she would be better off if I wasn’t around to screw her up like her pathetic, unlovable father. I signed away my parental rights, not because I wanted to give her up, but because wallowing around in the pit, I believed with all my heart that I was doing what was best for her future.

Of course we all know this is just a lie. A lie he continues to tell himself to this day.

Per PCJ, Ade initially wanted Pat in Annabelle's life. Pat was still bitter about the divorce and being cheated on so he made unreasonable demands during arbitration for child custody. Three times they went back and forth before Ade got the hint that Pat was using this process to purposely fuck with her. So she got Pat to sign away his custody rights, because she knew Pat would be a burden on Annebelle's life and that's exactly what Pat really wanted.

Termination of a parent's child custody rights isn't something any court would take lightly. Their preferred outcome would be both biological parents being in the child’s life. This is from a Milwaukee lawyer's website.

If a parent decides to proceed with a voluntary termination of rights, they must consent to the termination in a manner that will be accepted by the courts. The easiest way to do so is to appear before the court at a hearing and acknowledge consent to termination in person. A judge will likely question the consenting parent to make sure that they fully understand the ramifications of voluntary termination and are consenting in an informed manner. If a hearing is not possible, a parent may sometimes give written consent through an official written statement that includes acknowledgments about being informed of the effects of a termination of parental rights. The judge must be certain that the parent who is terminating their rights has full capacity to do so.

Classic Tomlinson. He didn't want to have anything to do with the kid but he knew it would look bad if he just signed away his rights. So they went to arbitration, he was unreasonable, and then when he eventually got what he originally wanted (sign her away), he could play the victim. Sounds familiar.

alone and unsupervised by children

What the fuck does that even mean? Was he trying to say unencumbered? Jesus Christ he's mind-numbingly stupid.
Childless adults going to Disney World was trending on twitter so he decided to ignore that he has a daughter that he abandoned and posted this for attention like a fat irredeemable piece of shit.

I got that part of it but it's the "unsupervised by children" that just sounds dumb. Is he saying that the children are supervising their parents? Because it's the other way around.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised. It's something someone with a 1.2 GPA might write.

It's definitely true. Signing away your parental rights means you have no obligation whatsoever towards the child. You're freed from any and all financial responsibility. It's a major decision and pretty rare and in many cases, the court won't even allow it without a valid reason. It's not a simple procedure like just signing your name on something. Adrienne, most likely, had to argue that Pat signing all of his rights away was in the best interest of the child.

If this happened in Florida, which I think it did, here's a summary of the process. You can find the Petition to Terminate Parental Rights in Florida, too, pretty easy.

It was in Wisconsin. You can see the document listed on their divorce case but you can’t read it.

Once you sign-away your rights, you have zero obligations for said child. He has not, nor will he ever, contribute any money for that child's upbringing.

As he likes to say, "not even a penny".
This is just a misconception.

There are jurisdictions in the United States that run everything through a filter of “Best interests of the child” regardless of any consequence of that standard.

When my daughter was a baby, her mother gave me the offer Patrick got. I never considered it but later talked to someone at the child services department who told me that under the law of the state, had I signed away my rights in exchange for not paying child support, that at any time after the mother could go to court and claim I wasn’t paying child support and if the court ruled in her favor, per the law, I would have 30 days to pay in full or go to prison. Even if it was 10 years of back child support. This state government employee really disagreed with the law.

The idea behind it is that child support is for the child so the mother cannot legally bargain it away, as it’s not her money. And it’s such bullshit because there are no checks and balances. If mom gets child support and doesn’t pay rent and buys beer and cigarettes while the child doesn’t have clothes and food they don’t give a shit.

Fucking scam of a system that winds up hurting those it says it serves.

Remember when he said he hopes she finds her way home? I hope she knocks on the front door of the half hovel and in a state if paranoia, thinking it's a stlaker, Pat or Niki shoots her dead.
