- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Joe siphoned a lot of money away from Tony that would have otherwise been used to groom preteens so I can’t hate the guy. He’s just a buffoon that provide laughs.

He's a bit of a dope, but I'd probably have enough in common to hold a conversation with him than any of the three knuckleheads from the show.

I always hated hearing, "Brother Joe is on the phone!" That always signalled me to change the channel for at least 45 minutes. He was their worst frequent caller.
I have been re-listening to some old R&F lately. There is an episode where they are preparing for a party and arranging for musical guests. Bobo (the crying R&F one, not the retarded OnA one) calls up and wants to sing his terrible "Pope Bobo Baby" song, a song that ESD says is shit. They play the song and there is no positive reaction.
Then about 15-20 minutes later, JoeH calls and apologizes for interrupting the show but he really needs to hear the dumb Pope Bobo Baby" song again. He says he enjoys it to some snickering in the studio.
If you do not hate JoeH Cumia for any other reason, his liking and requesting of that song is reason enough.
I don't hate Joe, he's a leeching piece of shit and a dumb boomer but his buffoonery is endearing in it's own way. I can't stand Pat though.
I also used to hate Joe.. when I see him posting under his daughters facebook it reminds me why I hated him but nowadays he is more the loveable oaf ( as long as he is kept at a distance ). I am legit trying to get a pair of new balance shoes like he wears but I don't believe that model is made anymore.
