Holy shit this reminded me, I had chronic ball soreness for like 6 weeks once. I had to stop deadlifting and couldn't sleep on my side anymore. Now I can only sleep on my back.

In all seriousness I had this happen once years ago and the doctors found nothing wrong and told me it was probably anxiety related. Apparently it can do that. It went away randomly.
