- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Quasi's new debt collecting lawyer Jerry Jen filed a document saying that Pat hadn't paid jack OR shit, and that he'd been hired at Pat's expense to help Pat unfuck himself in that regard. Further, the document alleged that Pat owes a bunch of interest now, too.
This was before the Google quash, which added another $10k or so the the bill.
The SWFA subpenis is definitely, definitely about Pat's finances (and not revenge). Quasi needs to determine Pat's income and liabilities, and is asking the SFWA for whatever information they have in this regard - loans, payments, proof of book sales etc. I'm assuming all of Pat's publishers, the insurance companies he peddles policies for and that shitty TV show he's a talking (fat) head on have all had similar subpeonas, but none of them have pushed back.
