So weird. As a non diabetic I’ve never once checked my blood sugar. Is it normal for people without diabetes to do this? Is there any real benefit to knowing this information?
It actually is beneficial because you can see what kinds of foods give you spikes or how long during the day you have high blood insulin. Then you can avoid those foods or eat them after working out to push more nutrients into the muscle. People do react to foods differently based on genetics/lifestyle. This doesn't apply to Jackie of course, she is just a diabetic asshole.
