It's annoying but there are other platforms to sell it on. Gumroad is a decent one. Very easy to set up an account and you can set it so people pay whatever they want.
In any case, there's proof that Owen wrote and published this before him so if/when he tries to release his version on Amazon, you can have them remove it for copyright infringement.
