Very true. Baltimore had a graduation rate of 70%, and that is an increase from the 68% it was. The city doesnt give a fuck at all. Schools are 9/10 in the ghetto/etc. Not like there is a huge amount of money or assistance to do something in the areas. Education is secondary. My mom used to teach in D.C., what you said is absolutely correct.

The problem isn't that they are the pilots. I know a guy who's an engine tech that sat and told me the new retards (diversity quota) they hired couldn't work micrometer that was fucking digital. This company designs airplane engines.

My friend told me the same thing, his dad was asked to return as a consultant and could basically name his price to try and train them, which he can’t because they haven’t got the capacity to understand because they are hired because they are black and nothing else.

I am an office tard, but I work IT in logistics (freight, road, air and sea) so I have some insight into this specific industry, we can replace people like me remotely from anywhere (still a lot of issues with that) but you can not pay some Indian 10 dollars a month to physically manafacture something.

The brain drain is a real looming crisis. It’s already here.

We used to make things and now we just abuse algorithms to sell gambling to children.

My friend designs engines and his father did something similar, and the stories they tell me when I see them are harrowing. I can’t remember what the dad did but it was so specialised he would go long stretches of doing nothing because when he was needed it was so important that it was worth paying him to fuck around. You can call him lazy, but he earned this knowledge and sold it.

It’s seeping into everything, go and ask any 25 year old at random if they can change a flat, or rewire a switch, or replace spark/glow plugs or whatever the fuck. They can’t, and worse than that they look down on you if you can and don’t just pay someone else to do it.

You can say I’m wrong because I’m focusing on blacks, but I’m doing that because it’s funny and mostly true, and you can argue about that with some truth, but you can not argue the systemic undermining of technical expertise and the levels they are judged at.

If you can’t do something, you can’t do it and we need to stop acting as if redefining what being good at something is to include a bunch of people who have no business doing it in the first place.

You can make more money and be happier if instead of going to college to be taught (badly) something at life time debt levels, if you just find the local guy who builds fences and ask them if you can spend a month just shadowing them and learning the trade and helping out, then you start building a reputation as a fence guy who turns up on time and doesn’t scam.

That’s it. It’s also a lot more valuable to society than 95% of modern service jobs.
