I love how none of this applies to Trump. He fucking lost, hasn’t stopped talking about it and it’s now do or die for the entire republican party who had to line up behind him.

Where does the narrative come from? I made it up. How does one do it? I don’t know but I assume they just make him say he’s too old and stepping down.

None of it applies to Trump because you’re right, he’s kind of it right now.

The only way to replace him would either be the mysterious “they” forcing him to step down (he literally will not on his own) or, in an action unprecedented in modern times, at the DNC all the delegates essentially flipped to a dark horse candidate. An incumbent hasn’t been replaced like that since 1884. Even then the President was the VP who assumed office. If we want elected Presidents we have to go back to like the 1830’s.
