Very uneducated guess but I would say some kind of anti-depressant or anti-psychotic drug side effect. Dani is beyond normal weight gain because women with tits like hers (here and in that other bathing suit photo from when she was dating Anthony) normally don't grow gigantic tits like Dani has just because they gained some weight. I've known a couple of women who this has happened to. Went on some psychiatric drug and then gained some weight along with massive tits.

I could be talking completely out of my ass but Dani is a loon so I wouldn't be surprised if she was on anti-depressants or something. They affect everyone differently though so who knows. In closing, I don't know anything.
