Paul has no self confidence and Patrick has way too much (weigh too much). Paul should do a few things.
Stop with the photoshoots of young children's bath times and "underclothes." No more kids, Paul.
Stop repeating to himself and everyone else how sad and pathetic he is. The "I'm so sorry" posts are to Paul's gay self-induced problems as treats are to a dog who's learning through repetition. You're an adult, Paul. Quit whining and talking about yourself for likes and comments.
Do something productive instead of defining yourself as a "fan" of other people's work. And keep Vonnegut's catch phrase out of your faggoty mouth.
