Both are quite fat and awkward. The biggest difference is Bernell's assailant has a big ol' dumpy pear butt, but he could be wearing a diaper as Rick is known to do from time to time.

It was a mild 72 degrees in Milwaukee at midday on July 23, 2020. The reason his face looks so red and sweaty an hour after the murder was because he was wearing layers and biked a mile quickly.

The killer (Pat) likely shed a layer of clothing in a bush or in a public bathroom.

This probably doesn't mean anything, but the Captain America mask is red, white, and blue and the killer's clothing is red, white, and blue. Pat has a flair for the dramatic.

It's definitely the type of thing that gets released when the cops have a pretty good idea of who did it and just need that extra push to make the case and get the arrest.

The cops will never arrest fatso for this or even question him. Hopefully when the FBI closes in on him for domestic terrorism and brings him in for black bag interrogation time they can get him to confess so this case can be closed.
