The guy at Pizza Hut said the orders all used Pat's real e-mail. Lynne probably got a "Thank you for placing an order with Domino's!" email and she tried to call them before it was made. It's like when redditors put Pat's email in an unsecured contact form.

Only time I've ever dealt with this kind of stuff is if you're dealing with ~$80+ orders where they'll ask for a card number up front. If you can't order a pizza without rattling off a CC# to some Mexican over the phone you've got problems.
