Oh I can almost guarantee he will try, and most likely in a breathtakingly fatly way.
I'm sure lawyers familiar with the proper proTocol for debtors exams are aware of how to get someone's actual bank account data when they don't want to give it to you.
I assume the whole exam will be under oath and if he knowingly lies or omits he could be charged with perjury, which carries an automatic 2 years in federal prison.

He's going to have a hell of a time being able to retain a decent lawyer who'll put up with his refusal to follow their advice and also shut the fuck up for that debtor's exam. Hopefully he represents himself again.
He really needs one right now for guidance on how to behave now that he's involved in federal crimes. For legal representation in federal cases you're looking at a $10,000-$15,000 minimum just for the retainer alone for a competent lawyer. They'd probably ask for more from him because he's already fucked up his defense so badly with his retarded behavior on social media.
