He’s got a history of lying in court, being in court all the time for various reasons - he’s belligerent to everybody, he owes 60k for losing a court case, he’s got a history of falsifying evidence - of using illegally obtained data breaches to gather evidence. He has the means and the motive and now he’s been explicitly named by the criminal doing it on his behalf.
He wants fame, he wants infamy, he wants to sue and get a large pay out just like he tried to get from 60 John does for calling him fat. He needs the money, the walls are closing in.
Before this latest frenzied rush of incidents, they always took place when he was at home, and were called into the other side of the duplex that was always empty - they never happened when he was on vacation, they never happened when he didn’t have a phone.
