I really think that the "internet crimes" classification is something the MPD invented to mark something as a complete waste of time without offending the complainant. The very first instance of any internet crime being reported was on April Fool's Day 2019:

btw if Patty keeps avoiding the debt, the enforcement falls under Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, not MKE PD. They might be less faggy with records requests, and their radio isn't encrypted so you can listen to it online (it's even archived by some premium services)
