Can you even get podcasting equipment into the city?

I genuinelydon't understand what the fuck he meant. Did he think he needed to special order like panels and booths and shit as though you needed to build a "podcasting studio", or was he fully aware of how minor and cheap the shit was but didn't know if it was shit you could grab at a store?
I like to think he actually assumed you needed to effectively build your own at-home radio studio.
He was essentially beating around the bush, and indirectly asking if O&A are going to foot the equipment bill for O&A 4.0
It was his bright idea to get the negotiations going.
