EVS says the same shit 99% of posters here do, but he never gets threatened with jail just for calling him fat or posting as his toilet. EVS is undeniably higher status than him and has a much larger reach and level of fame.
Threatening that he'll go to jail would actually draw attention and mockery, since it's not going to happen and looks desperate and sad. He says up and down that we're going to prison because we're anonymous so he can just claim that we swatted him, threatened to rape his ugly slut, called him the Virgin Fatrick on his bike or whatever with no followup or reprocussions. It's just a bit that works in his peabrain because there's no stakes or requirements.
