My wife, who is Japanese, hated traveling outside the country before she got her Green Card because they'll still grill you when you return even when you're from a county that isn't mostly famous for terrorism, mass murder, rape, scamming and drug trafficking and she went to school here and always had a full time job.

That’s exactly what happened, he’s such an arrogant idiot he believes he’s above Visa rules with how he couldn’t believe he was denied the first time because he didn’t do what he was told. Them letting him in with a special follow up interview and all made him think he is special and visa rules don’t apply to him because he’s so important. He violated his visa on purpose and figured they would just let him do what he wants because he’s Ooga.
