If you dont lift weights, or havent lifted weights in a decade, you should never lie that you can do more than one plate, anyone that knows their shit will know youre a lying fag. I've only been strong enough to put 225 up once in my life, I could do 3-4 reps before it was pure rape. I wish I didnt lose my strength.
Getting strong is only hard the first time. Been back in the gym for 3 months after years off and I'm lifting more than I ever did before.

That last story is a forgotten Pat tall tale - Pat just happened to be in the locker room when this totally true story happened and he was there to tell the Trump voter he’s going to put him in a locker then everyone in the gym roared in cheers and applause.

I’ve been going to the same gym about 10 years and I’ve pretty much never talked to anyone and everyone keeps to themselves unless they are there with a friend. Locker rooms you want to get in and get out, of course Pat hangs around so he can see the naked men coming out of the shower.
Gotta hate those pesky white supremacists hanging out in gyms. And basketballs courts, too.

I went to the gym today to run a few miles, as I do a few times a week in the winter. Between miles, I sometimes hop on a row machine for a few minutes just to change muscle groups.

While I was rowing, a lady was on a stairmaster next to me. I don’t know her, but I’ve been seeing her come in since the beginning of the year. So a resolutioner who survived the first three weeks. Good on her. Now, there’s no way to beat around it, this is a large lady, well into obese territory from a medical standpoint. But she’s on this stairmaster just fucking crushing it. Probably 75-80 stairs a minute, for a good 15 minutes by the time I sit down to row, which is more than I can do at the moment.

And wouldn’t you know, some fucking brototype just has to walk by and say something shitty about her weight to me. She’s got earbuds in, but the look on her face tells me she heard.

Now, I’ve been going to the gym regularly for four and a half years, and at my gym, you almost never hear shit like this. And there’s a good reason for that, it’s rude, cruel, and entirely counter-productive.

So I got up from my machine and told him, “Wait right there.” Then I went and grabbed two 60lb dumbells off the free weight rack and handed them to him.

“What are these for?” The brotosaurus asked.

“For you, while you do stairs for…” I glanced at her display, “15 minutes.”

“What? I can’t do stairs with that much extra weight,” he said.

“Really? Because she can. So until you’re as tough as she is, maybe keep your mouth shut,” I said.

Because I’m sorry, but that shit isn’t going to fly around me. I have my issues with the body positivity movement and its tactic acceptance of unhealthy lifestyles, but this is someone who has made a commitment to changing her circumstances and is putting in the REALLY hard work necessary.

The dead last thing anyone in her situation needs, or deserves, is some little brohemian asshole who can’t relate to what she’s going through making snide remarks while she’s actively engaging in making a positive change. She has earned encouragement from other people making the same strides. And if that’s too hard, then the least she deserves is his silence.

There’s a kid in my kid’s strength and conditioning class who was our primary running back he’s a senior this year yesterday was the 3rd day of the class he of course been lifting a long time as most of these kids have the class is a joke for credit for jocks. He did 8 plates for squats so 405 for 6 he’s 5-6 165 he benches 315for 4 as well but usually prefers 2 25s and 4 45s so 275 for 6 and is way more stable with it. He can do 225 for 11 or 12 which is what they test at the combine. I won’t even bother sharing what I could do when I was 28 or so. Not worth the comments lols suffice to say I was Pat levels strong. My kid can bench 225 now for sets of 8 with a real struggle 6 with a pretty good finish. He has had 245 on the bar pushed it 3 4 times there are other 16 to 18 year olds doing 50 pounds more in the school. A few thin kids are pretty strong Pat is not built strong.

Well that's Rick's big advantage, none of his followers have ever been to a gym so he can say whatever he wants and they'll buy it at face value. He's surrounded himself with autistic unemployed freaks who feed his narcissistic delusions. We've asked many times for Rick to film himself pressing 250, or for a selfie on a scale, or for his book sales numbers, etc. We all know that if any of these were real or worth sharing, he'd have already shared it.

Rick could potentially finish a half marathon - we know this because he would post his times and challenge other people on Twitter to post theirs - Rick cannot pass up a chance to prove his superiority over someone else.
So then why haven't we seen evidence of his bench max claims, or his weight, or his book sales? Because he's lying about them.

We have years of photos of Pat and not a single one has him with any kind of muscle mass on his arms. The biggest thing he lifts is the nigger dicks into Big Nikki’s box.
That recent lord of the rings tattoo where he’s rolled his sleeve up and trying to pose his arm showed he doesn’t have a hint of a tricep which would be needed to bench the heavy weight he claims.

It would be one thing if you were freakish strong or something, but he had a year tops where he made an effort to work out and rapidly deteriorated into a pig monster. Pretty disheartening to read that some little faggot midget high schooler can bench and squat more than I can. But I never really ever tried. I can do the whole stack, 245 8-10x, on the pec deck. That's my only claim to fame. I was recently jerking off on reddit and came across this enormous fat bitch's page where she was naked but also had videos of her in the gym leg pressing like 800lbs and picking up 80lb dumbbells in each hand and just casually walking around. Crazy shit.

If you talk to any personal trainer they'll tell you bench press with a bar and peck decks are kinda useless exercises, the only reason they're relevant at all is because the NFL combine uses bench press as a metric and I think it's still in the Olympics. But for functional strength dumbbell press and plain old pushups are much better. I haven't done straight bench press in years and years. The only time I even use a bar is for overhead front press when I'm blasting my shoulders.

If we get down to it though, the real reason I'm certain Rick never put up 250 is because he's too queer for anyone to spot him at the gym, and there's no way he's attempting that on his own. He's stupid but not suicidal.

"Admitting" that there are two guys in the whole gym stronger than him is Pat's idea of making a lie more believable.
I've been in gyms where I was able to put up two plates and I was still one of the weaker people there. I've seen dudes single arm curl 80 lb dumbells before. It was almost mind breaking watching it. I used to feel like a tank shrugging 80s, but curling them? fawwkkkk
