Or what was your peak rep count?
When I was 25-26 I think my peak was 13 reps, but I was in grad school and all I did was work out all day and go to night class. Then I got really lean and lost some muscle and I never got that back.
Ya know I bet there was a point in Rick's life he could get 250 up once. Well, if we adjust for the Rick Lie Scale, it was probably only 225 and he probably needed help getting it up. But 225 is doable if you're a fat pud and you're bouncing it off your belly.
I would love to see his press max with dumb bells. You know he lacks the core and stabilizer strength to hold them up never mind press multiple reps. I love Gym Rick.
