Because from what i’ve read the reason the planes are rushed is to meet production quotas…Boeing doesn’t even have work logs of who did what on the plane when. That is a clear quality control issue. The whistleblowers have all stated upper management basically bypassed QC checks and anytime a worker wanted to go over the plane just oneee more time…Nope, gotta get it out.

I'm going to specify for the record that I dont know whats going on at Boeing. They killed the last guy who did. And other companies like GM aren't relevant to the discussion because this is not a broad-sweeping accusation. I'm just disagreeing how you are making assumptions.

The issue is that mistakes are going out. This seems to imply there isn't enough time to fix the mistakes, but you seem to instead assume that it's just Boeing not caring about quality anymore. You said "they cut quality control to make profits for the shareholders". Again, they CUT QC, not thay they didn't properly scale QC with production demands.

Firstly, saying that assumes shareholders and upper management are blithering idiots because when mistakes happen publically, the stock plummets. Secondly, explanations like "they overextended with contracts" or "too many mistakes are coming in to fix" seem more reasonable. It's not that they don't care, its that they can't do their job properly.

But let's say they are cutting safety checks: you also suggested that even a plane that only whites built could fall put of the sky if QC was being skipped the way it is today - this assumes that QC would be cut if there were no diversity hires: we dont know that because cutting QC and diversity hiring happen to coincide. That seems like more than a coincidence.
