They put that in most cases unless the FOIA officer is too lazy to review the footage. They may also blur a larger area than needed - sloppy police work is standard here.

Realistically I don't think any police video footage of Rick will be forthcoming. There's all sorts of reasons they may use to deny release. Especially since Rick is a white guy who likely alleged police misconduct in both cases*, it's probably flagged.

* If the police visit concerning pepperoni allegations actually happened. That he says it to anyone including the police is not good evidence since he has a weird "it's not a lie if you believe it" mentality.

Well what we have is two different version describing it . Strictly stalking and when he told it to Josiah. When he talked to Josiah he shared some details and /or lies that we did hear before. Like the case numbers for one. It was also where he talked more about what happened on the porch where he was about to "punch a cop in the throat" and that they pulled niki aside ( to see if she is actually in danger) but pat said it was to defuse the situation.

I think you're referring to the report number appearing in the subject line "Re: Case #201430003 Follow Up and new information" of the email exchange with Brian Laroque from Apostlegate 5.

201430003 is a completely different report number. The pepperoni report numbers are 201422598 for the actual incident and 201431256 for the follow up.

I think he just lopped off the last four digits from the follow up report number and replaced them with 0003 like a retard. Maybe Brian Laroque can confirm that.

So we have the pepperoni report numbers, which Pat did not want to give to Josiah. Is that all we need for a FOIA request?
