It's a qualitive study usually with 13k over the period of 10 years or more, I haven't seen this yearset but it's used pretty commonly in econ and in market labor projections.
There's a pretty good one on "the number of jobs held by a certain age and time period" and our generation is a line up we have so many more jobs during our lifetime

The mere fact everyone in Africa knows Ethiopians, Eritreans, Somalis are the "brightest" sub-saharans yet flawed IQ data claims they have the lowest IQs in SSA is evidence the data is flawed. Show the sample sizes, who they tested, when, where, the tests, etc. (They never do)

Your might want to start by explaining what IQ is, what it isn’t (intelligence) and what it’s a predictor for. Then explain standard deviation and show some tables with the drop off under 90. At that point you can explain that distinctions in race are irrelevant and that an 80 IQ white guy is just as fucked as an 80 IQ black guy. Then you can ask the dear reader to ponder the implications of an entire nation with an even lower IQ than that.
