- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

One of the funniest aspects of Nana's bad night in Times Square was the idea that he'd suddenly developed a serious interest in taking artistic photographs. Nana has all the artistic sensibility of a Mexican sandblasting graffiti from a warehouse retaining wall, but out of nowhere he was thinking about composition, ambience, contrast and etc. like he was Mapplethorpe. Like most Cue-mia bullshit stories, it wasn't even remotely believable, and pitifully tried to make Nana seem way more intelligent than he actually is.
To be fair to Anthony (not that he deserves it) for the last few months of the show he talked quite a bit about that camera and his “photography” excursions. He was posting plenty of pictures from it, if I recall. So it was definitely a thing, but of course it’s entirely possible that he just lied about having it on that night.So Anthony is taking creepshots of girls on his DSLR, running back to his apartment to upload the shots, post them on IG and then go out for more? How is he getting the photos from his DSLR to his phone in real time to upload to IG? Anthony isn't dumb enough to walk around Times Square drunk with a $1,200 camera. I'm thinking he made up the camera to give him an alibi, or else he's just taking creepshots of women...which is clearly what he was doing. Any artistic scaffolding shots uploaded to his IG that night? Also, at that time he would have been using an iPhone 5S.

100%. We all know Anthony was not taking photos that night. He was not walking around Times Square at 2am with an expensive professional camera to snap pics. He was there for whatever reason (presumably to pick up a hooker), saw a black woman, and took a creepshot from his phone. His excuse would be something like “Well the camera on the phone gives the photo a gritty and grainy look!”
And the irony of course is that Anthony would later go on to mock Opies photography obsession, which is basically what Anthony was LARPing as that night. Dude was taking pictures of sunsets through chainlink fences. Nana was taking blurry photos of scaffolding with black women at the center of them.

No, but I do remember him being pissed during one contract negotiation because Opie wanted a short term deal thinking they could jump ship to ? for more money while SXM was offering a 5 year deal at the time. I saw the writing on the wall when CBS fell apart. That was supposed to huge for the show's longevity and instead of taking advantage, they took the opportunity to do mediocre shows and ignore staff and management regarding the lack of engagement.
