Baking soda is the magic trick. I put on a lot of antiperspirant and it sticks to my work polos like crazy. Just add a little baking soda to the washer and it will disappear like magic.
I use baking soda instead of deodorant in my pits. Just went fingers, dip in baking soda and then run on it works amazingly well.

They make deodorant/antiperspirant sprays you can buy instead of the traditional stick. They dry quickly and don’t leave a (horrifically noticeable) residue.

Otherwise get a stain treatment spray like Shout or some Borax powder for your wash cycle.
