Not to get too political but that to me is why so many hated Trump. They didn’t hate Trump, they hated the idea of him.

That’s part of it. But remember how they were all making hay for years about how he’d never stand a chance of even being the GOP nominee, then started begging for it because they thought Hillary would definitely trounce him? I think they suffered such immense trauma from being made fools of — of people seeing that they, the “experts,” were clueless — that they focused all their fury on him and always will.

Pat is still in denial about it. Pat had articles on The Hill and ton of tweets saying that Hillary was going to win and how glorious it will be as the first woman president. Then Trump proves him and all his political speculation wrong. Pat has never recovered from it. The only think pat is holding onto is the chance he can get an " I told you so" if he is locked up 8+ years after his prison demands.
