Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

This is the worst "comedy" album of all time. I put comedy in quotes because that's what it's listed as, but it's not comedy. If DeRosa was spewing his "comedy" in the early '40's, the Nazis would have played this album instead of using gas chambers because everyone would kill themselves while the guards wore ear plugs. They would have only needed to buy 13 of these records, but then they would be supporting him which is as bad as Hitler. Actually, I'd rather listen to Hitler do an open mic than try to listen to this garbage again.

Wow, I didn't think they sold albums of comedians bombing this bad after Andrew Dice Clay released "The day the laughter died" in 1993. We should be carpet bombing ISIS with these things. It should come with green felt, super glue, and re-marketed as a "do-it-yourself" coaster kit. If you won the lottery after watching your kids graduate from medical school, this album would still ruin your day. *****

Is one star really the lowest? Well, I guess I will stick with one. DeRosa is not quite as funny as child rape, but he also does that so there are a few up points.

I left this playing in the background for my dog while I ran into town. Upon returning I found that my dog had hung himself to escape the awfulness that is this "comedy." They need to put a warning label on this material.

This albums is great because it makes you enjoys many other comics. When you listen to how terrible this "comic's" act is, you develop a huge (much light Joe's man boobs) appreciation for every other comic out there. I love that I can guarantee that no ones act will ever be as bad as this one, so I have gained an open mind when trying out new comedians. Thanks for the garbage Joe! Glad to see your "success".

Oh man I remember I called him spoofed from his publisher in Manhattan and made him get up from the bar only to laugh hysterically that he lost his twitter account. He just nervously said "Not for long, child." and the next day was the day where he did that streaming interview all puffy faced and drunk. Great times.
