Fucking sucks if we can't get any audio/video for this. I legitimately Rick is going to have a full blown meltdown at the judge and have to be removed from the court, kicking and squealing.

Worst case there might still be the possibility of getting the transcripts and use the Pat voice AI to read his part. I have a feeling it might be tough to get a hold of since there is so much private information being discussed. What do I know, I havent been to court before unlike pat and his 6-10 court appearances, so I dont know shit about how it works.

The best part is if he refuses to answer, lies or doesn’t turn up there’s going to be a warrant for his arrest issued.

He is profoundly retarded, he thinks he can turn up and explain his swattings and fake book reviews and the judge will throw the case out immediately and put quasi in prison. He doesn’t grasp it’s long since settled and he can’t appeal it and nobody gives a fuck about his pointless internet drama.

The difference in this guy's exam would be they went into the first exam without a commissioner present. I would assume quasi's lawyer would be prepared for this scenario and have a commissioner there for the initial exam. This would remove the back-and-forth scenario of having to get in front of a judge and then have another round of delays.

He wouldn’t be locked up for long. It’s not like you go to prison for this sort of thing, he’d be in jail until he gets bailed out and has a court date set. So a short stay in the pokey would be the best of both worlds. While I totally understand your train of thought, this is a case where he's already playing with the half a hovel's money, som why not be dramatic. He owes the money, it isn't changing, he isn't going to jail for being obnoxious, but he can "monetize" his defiance to the left wing media far better than he could do the same with a meek performance. In this case his defiance is the only thing he has left, he gets the consequences of the past either way. It's like the kid raper/killer who said to the court "little Susie just said please don't do to me what my daddy did". It didn't hurt anything but it stuck his thumb in their eye.
