I try only to take painkillers or even a lemsip when I am REALLY struggling. Just seen you can't get lemsip in the US. It's a powdered version of paracetamol that you mix with hot water that tastes of lemons. Not convinced it does that much but if you sniff it you can get your nose working a bit better

I am not into some big conspiracy but I just don't think it's ideal to be taking tablets regularly. I probably take 6 a year maximum.

That said I got three vaccines against covid just to do something different with my days.
