Supposedly coming from the same barrels and everything as Pappy 12… but only $30. Marked up to $200-250 on the secondary market.

I’m still on the hunt for the $30 retail. Anyone tried it?

I dunno nigga. I never drank anything nice until 2 months ago and now I’m all in on this shit.

What’s your favorite bourbon? I’m still developing a palette here, I’ll go try it.

I drank too much and don't even remember posting that sorry dude. I can't judge anyone on what they drink because I was on bud light platinum seltzers last night. Drink what you like tbh I haven't had bourbon in years but for everyday drinking I went with Evan Williams (lower tier), Buffalo Trace (medium tier) and for something niceish I went with Blanton's or Four Roses before they removed the age statement. I don't know what those go for these days so they may not be worth it for the price. I was buying Buffalo Trace for 20. In my mind all Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is good because the distilling standards are so strict. It comes down to age (Age.), the house yeast, and adjuncts like rye, wheat, and barley.

Do you mess with the secondary market much? It doesn't seem worth it to me. Try the mom and pop liquor stores because you can find some gems. I found a Pappy 13 year rye years ago at some rundown spot.

Blantons is really good if you can find a bottle at MSRP (less than $80). Most bourbon sold in US is MGP/Bulleit with dyes/flavors/gimmicks added so do a little research. Buffalo Trace is p good and Wild Turkey 101 slaps
