Best meal in the world hands down. I roast mine with a rub made out of horseradish, rosemary, thyme, tons of garlic, salt pepper and olive oil. served with creamed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes and some au jews and horseradish on the side. Devine as a faggot from Milwaukee would say.
